When you buy goods from Urban Republic Outfitters, you agree to these Terms and Conditions

When you register as an Urban Republic Outfitters shopper, you will have to choose a password. You will be asked for your username and password every time that you shop online with us unless your browser saves your information internally. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password private. Urban Republic SA accepts no liability for any damages that you may suffer or any losses you may incur from the unauthorised use on your profile.

Urban Republic Outfitters is a business in the retail industry which sells footwear, apparel and accessories

Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.

Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in Urban Republic Outfitters bank account.

Urban Republic Outfitters offers national shipping.

Please note orders under R1000 will include a shipping fee of R125.00 to City areas and R130.00 to outlying areas.

Same day deliveries are available to Cape Town customers currently. Kindly note that this is only applicable to Cape Town and outlying areas within a 25km radius from Access Park Kenilworth.. Also note that only orders placed before 3pm will be considered for same day delivery. This applies to Mondays through Saturdays only

Products marked as ‘1 per customer’ are restricted to 1 per customer, Urban Republic Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any order if this stipulation is exceeded.

The nature of online business allows in some cases, overselling, at which point may result in refunds.

Handling time may vary from 1—3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.

A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.

We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 15 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.

Urban Republic Outfitters takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for shoes with special or oversized packaging.

Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.

Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.

In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred. All orders are shipped with all relevant labels.

All shoes and clothing are 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants.

Buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.

This site serves as a full online footwear, apparel and accessories store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Urban Republic Outfitters via Payfast, an approved payment gateway. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are

stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Urban Republic Outfitters has no access to card details entered by the client on PayFast secure site.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Urban Republic Outfitters takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
