At urbanrepublicsa.com we endeavour to deliver. Please see below the quick and seamless options available to you when ordering items from us.

Free Delivery Option

  • Delivery is free anywhere within South Africa on all items with a value exceeding R1000. Otherwise a delivery cost of R100 will apply
  • Delivery to Main Centres normally take 2 to 3 days
  • Delivery to regional areas normally take 3 to 5 days

You also have the option to collect your items in store. You can make the purchase online and collect at your convenience. However, you will need to make the suitable arrangements to this effect.

When collecting.

  • Orders can be collected within an hour of us receiving proof of payment.
  • If you purchase via EFT you will be notified by email letting you know that we have received payment and only after this can you collect your order.
  • Please note. Urbanrepublicsa.com will not be liable if the items you purchased is sold before we are notified that payment had been received.

To make sure you get the best possible online experience, we made sure of the following;

  • Only trusted courier partners will be used to deliver to your desired destination
  • Our Couriers will try to deliver twice, and on both occasions will contact you. However please note that Free Delivery will only be applicable to this initial delivery. If for any reason the product gets returned to us, there will a charge of R100 to resend the package.
  • We do not accept Cheques
  • Our Courier operates between 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Any order received after 3.00pm will only be processed for delivery the next working day.
  • Deliveries do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays and will be subject to signatory approval.
  • Deliveries will take 3 – 5 business days.
  • Please make sure that when you are notified of the delivery, that someone is present at your desired address to sign for the package. If this is not possible, we recommend using an address that will have someone present.
  • Please make sure that the full amount due is paid. We can only release orders when this is done.
  • Orders with incorrect billing information will be delayed for further verification.

We implore you to make sure that all information supplied to us is correct and complete as any delays might be caused by incorrect billing address, no signatory approval or the reason stated above


Please note that we can only refund/exchange an item once it has reached our warehouse. The item must in all the relevant packaging in an undamaged or unworn condition

A flat charge of R100 is applicable when you return an item for an exchange; however we do not do returns or exchanges on any accessories or “On Sale” items. We implore you to familiarize yourself with this before ordering.

If you have selected ‘Collect in store’ and then want a product returned to us for a refund, we will have to charge for the courier fee, R100, this can be taken off amount refunded)

If an item sent to you is the wrong size/item then we will get it returned to us using express and your follow up delivery will also be express. Credit Card Refunds take up to 14 days by law.

EFT refunds can take up to 2 days to be visible in customers account (Depending on Bank).

Direct Deposit Refunds will be processed within 30 minutes of product returning.

The courier will supply a flyer bag when collecting.

Returns and refunds must be enacted within 30 Days of receiving goods.

Please note we CANNOT refund you unless you have a working bank account

Customer are refunded the same way they Paid, Online purchases CANNOT be refunded in store

Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description along with pictures and reviews to help you make you choice, we understand every purchase is a big decision so we will try to equip you with as much information as possible.

Select quantity, size and “add to your cart”. You will be taken to your cart confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.

In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.

From here you can enter your delivery and billing addresses (if you’re a first time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).

No Style changes, only size changes allowed on a Lay-bye

No refunds, only credit notes allowed (Credit note cannot be used to Lay bye, only as a Final Payment)
